I navigated over 100 chronic symptoms for over 10 years and finally found a sustainable and real way to bring my body back into balance.

I zoom out and look at your whole life: how you live day to day, the products you use, the foods you eat, the symptoms you’ve had over the years, life events, your full medical history, the patterns in your body, and your physical constitution and ideal routine based on your birth chart.
I create clear and realistic routines, lifestyles, and strategies for your individual makeup that solves the real issues at hand.
NOTE: I do not recommend supplements, medications, peptides, or laser focus on "fixing” singular symptoms.
Because I work this way (looking for healing opportunities rather than just treating symptoms) I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical labels. I work very non-specifically and I believe that 99% of what we call dis-ease can be resolved when we listen to and partner with our body.
